Job Title: Production Operative

Shift Information:

• Night Shift: 5 PM – 3 AM
• Shift 4 on 4 off
• Pay: £13.74 per hour plus an attendance bonus

Job Overview:

As a Production Operative, you will contribute to the production of high-quality pork products by operating machinery and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while collaborating with your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively operate and oversee production machinery.
• Conduct quality checks on final products.
• Assist with the efficient packaging of pork items.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Report any machinery issues and take part in training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
