Zero Hours Retail Cover Supervisor – Charity Shop Lead

Blue Cross UK in Cheltenham is recruiting a Zero Hours Cover Supervisor for its busy charity shop. You will help create a welcoming space, drive Gift Aid sign-ups, process donations and price items to maximise fundraising.

You’ll supervise volunteers, manage the shop floor, and provide great customer service to all visitors, including dogs. This role is a zero-hours contract with hourly pay of £14.24, reflecting holiday pay and shop needs.
