Overview
We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days – 39 weeks) to join Rainham Mark Grammar School. This is a permanent role focusing on helping students develop academically and personally by understanding their individual learning needs and adapting support accordingly. You will work collaboratively with teachers and students to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every learner is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
