Learner Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Access Education Group is seeking a friendly Learner Support Assistant to join our Chester team on a part-time, 26.25-hour contract for 1 year. You will support learners with tailored guidance, helping them overcome barriers and build confidence in their studies.

You will work with teaching staff to provide personalised support, maintain accurate records, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and achievement.
