Maintenance Technician: Drive Reliability & Upgrades

Morgan Jones Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a permanent role in Aylesford. You will support planned and reactive maintenance, installations and engineering improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to improve equipment reliability and uptime.

The role requires hands-on engineering experience, strong fault-finding skills (mechanical and/or electrical), and a proactive safety mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
