Children’s Home Assistant Manager: Lead Care & Safeguarding

Rochdale Council is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to supervise and support a home for children and young people with social and emotional needs. You will promote safety, wellbeing and stability, and provide regular supervision to the care team within a framework aligned to Ofsted and the Children Act.

The role offers development opportunities including Therapeutic Parenting with PACE training and potential progression to Registered Manager.
