Youth Support Worker: Growth, Safeguarding & Community Care

LOVE is seeking passionate, compassionate support workers to join the LOVE@Care Team in Bellshill. You will support young people in the community, attend clubs and activities, and help implement each child’s care plan to promote positive outcomes.

You will build relationships with young people and families, work with partner agencies, ensure clear documentation, participate in team meetings, and benefit from induction training, ongoing mentoring, and career development opportunities.
