Maintenance Technician – 4-on/4-off, Advanced Recycling Plant

AO Recycling is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the site Engineering team on our fridge plant in Telford. You will oversee plant maintenance, deliver planned maintenance schedules, and engage in improvement projects to boost reliability and reduce costs.

In this role you will work a 4 on/4 off rota, complete inspections, coordinate corrective work, perform safety risk assessments, and log progress in the CMMS. Relevant engineering experience and strong communication are essential.
