Omnichannel Customer Care Specialist

Southern Housing is seeking a Customer Response Adviser for the Customer Transactions team in Sittingbourne. This hybrid role combines office-based work with travel to development schemes to deliver efficient, friendly and responsive service across omnichannel channels.

You will handle a wide range of customer queries, record and update contacts in in-house systems, and strive to provide empathetic, professional support to customers and colleagues alike.
