Requirements – The Operator We’re Looking For

• Highly operational and hands‑on. You ship independently and fast.
• AI‑native: you build agentic workflows, you don’t just prompt ChatGPT.
• Deep paid expertise in info‑product, webinar, VSL, or direct‑response economics. Ideally you’ve scaled a webinar or VSL funnel yourself.
• Hungry, high‑energy, and happiest when you’re moving.
• A strong individual contributor who wants a big opportunity to run at.

What You’ll Own

• B2C paid performance end to end: ads, angles, creative, funnel. You make the ads, you don’t just brief them.
• Relaunching our proven webinar and VSL funnel in an AI‑powered, education‑first form by 2026.
• Finding and scaling the right paid channels (Meta first) into high‑converting, net‑positive funnels.
• Building AI and agentic workflows that produce more creative, faster, with less.
• Working alongside our VP Sales, video editor, and CRM manager.

What Winning Looks Like

• The funnel is profitable, not just efficient.
• CAC, ROAS, and conversion improve month on month.
• A steady stream of winning creative tests that beat the last benchmark.
• Our new B2C offers launched and scaled with fresh brand faces and AI‑first education.
