Live Broadcast Audio Assistant: Path to Engineer

NEP UK is seeking an Audio Assistant (Sound) to join our Engineering team and help prepare, deploy, and maintain audio systems across outside broadcasts and live productions.

You’ll work with experienced Audio Engineers, gain exposure to mixers, mic tech, and Dante networks, and learn industry best practices while progressing toward an Audio Engineer role.

This entry-level position offers hands-on training, on-site work, and a clear pathway into a broadcast career within NEP’s global operations.
