Special Education Needs TA – Empowering Inclusive Classrooms

Ash Field Academy is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis. This 18-hour-per-week role runs 39 weeks per year (term-time plus INSET days) with FTE grade 7 pay point 11-14 (£26,832–£28,146), and a prorated starting salary around £11,168.08.

You will support pupils with disabilities and SEN, adapt activities, assess progress, and work under teachers to enable access to the curriculum.
