Term-Time SEN Support Assistant (1:1) – Early Years

Westfield School is a charming village school near Hastings, seeking an Individual Needs Assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will enable access to the curriculum through personalised support and collaboration with staff.

The role is part-time, term-time only (39 weeks plus 6.05 weeks annual leave) with pro rata pay and a fixed-term of 12 months. Experience with SEND and a calm, flexible approach are essential.
