Assistant Surveyor – Housing Planned Works & Upgrades

Wates Property Services is recruiting an Assistant Surveyor to support planned maintenance and improvement works across Birmingham social housing. You’ll work with experienced surveyors and operations teams to help deliver a diverse programme, from refurbishments to energy efficiency projects.
