Youth & Families Ministry Leader

St Andrew’s Chesterton in Cambridge is seeking a part-time role to lead youth ministry for ages 10–18 and to coordinate our families work, sustaining a welcoming, inclusive parish life. The post requires safeguarding knowledge, volunteer management, and flexibility to work Sundays and some midweek evenings.

Salary up to £24,315 per annum for 28 hours, with access to our employer pension scheme. Fixed term 3 years, with generous opportunity for safeguarding and volunteer leadership development.
