Waking Night Family Support Worker: Transform Lives

Fair Ways is recruiting a Waking Night Family Support Worker for our residential family centre in Southampton. You will be involved in safeguarding, monitoring child and parent wellbeing, and contributing to the 12-week assessment planned across nights.

Role requires a full driving licence and access to a car. Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check, with DBS costs met by Fair Ways, and must have right to work in the UK. NVQ2 in health and social care is desirable.
