Specialist Support Worker – Waking Nights

We are Eden Futures, delivering support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and associated complex needs.

Position

Support Workers – Waking Nights across our Supported Living services.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their own homes as well as in the community.
• Help individuals live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Values align with Eden Futures mission; skills will be developed on the job.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: £13.20 (annual equivalent: £28,828.80 based on 42 hours/week; pro‑rata based on hours worked).
• £500 bonus through refer‑a‑friend scheme (unlimited referrals).
