Adult Mental Health Social Worker – Hybrid, £38/hr

Community Care Live is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team. The role focuses on Care Act assessments and creating personalised care plans for adults with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a Social Work degree and at least two years’ permanent experience post-qualification, with a preference for those familiar with multidisciplinary mental health settings. Hybrid working is offered along with supportive supervision.
