Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to contribute to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that promote brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales by executing sales strategies and monitoring performance to drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations to maintain high standards of efficiency and organization.
- Ensure a welcoming shopping environment that reflects customer focus and brand values.
- Support the leadership team to achieve store and individual performance goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
- Comply with all Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs; follow directives of store management.
- Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Capable of heavy lifting up to 40 lbs. and perform manual tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is the higher of the local, state, or federal minimum wage or $15.55 – $25.90 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive base pay and incentive plans, you will receive paid leave, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, and health care benefits for eligible employees.
