Guest Reservations & F&B Specialist

St Ermin’s Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. You will respond to guests and travel agents, process reservations by email, telephone, and via the sales team, including room bookings (Transient and Groups) and F&B reservations, such as restaurant and afternoon tea for large groups.

You will manage group bookings, create and update rooming lists, coordinate with various hotel departments, and ensure bookings are logged accurately.
