Top Tier Recruitment is recruiting for reliable Class 1 drivers based in Tilbury for days, nights, or tramping roles.

Pay & Benefits

• £17.00 – £19.00 per hour
• £25 night out allowance (tramping)
• £75 bonus after completing 12 weeks’ work
• £75 referral bonus when you introduce a new driver
• Ongoing work with temp to perm opportunities

Shifts Available

• Days
• Nights 3pm start
• Tramping (Monday to Friday)

Inductions available weekly for the right drivers

The Role

• Class 1 (C+E) driving
• Door-to-door deliveries
• Walking floor trailers (training provided if needed)
• Ensuring safe, compliant, and timely deliveries

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 1 year’s experience
• Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no serious offences)
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
