Elementa Support Services Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Weston-super-Mare to support a Reception class and assist the teacher in delivering engaging activities. You will help children develop early literacy, numeracy and social skills in a safe, nurturing environment.
The role focuses on EYFS development, 1:1 and small-group support, and collaborating with parents and staff to promote inclusive learning. Temporary with potential permanency, 8:30–15:15, commencing September 2026.
