What we’re looking for

  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
  • Minimum 2 A Levels / predicted grades August 2026 – Grade C or above, or the equivalent qualification
  • Good communication and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
  • Good organisational and time management skills, reliable and professional approach
  • A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop
  • The ability to work collaboratively, showing resilience, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering your best
  • Right to work in the UK and meet the government’s apprenticeship funding eligibility requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively and promote effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and partner organisations to support consistent and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Provide advice and guidance to internal and stakeholder groups through telephone, face‑to‑face, written or digital channels, ensuring accurate, clear and professional responses to enquiries.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the organisation by supporting functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopt a proactive approach to developing skills.
  • Maintain records and files, handle confidential information in compliance with the organisation’s procedures.
  • Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and can deal with challenges in a mature way. Seeks advice from more experienced team members when appropriate.
  • Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, manages priorities and time to successfully meet deadlines.
  • Organises meetings and events, takes minutes during meetings, and creates action logs as appropriate.
  • Makes suggestions for improvements to working practice, showing understanding of implications beyond the immediate environment (e.g. impact on colleagues, stakeholders or other parts of the organisation).

About The Company

We are based in a new bright and airy office with all the latest technology, close to Bristol Temple Meads Train Station.

Our benefits package includes:

Employment and Equal Opportunity

The annual salary for this role is £26,403 – £27,694 (full‑time equivalent). Salary is pro‑rated for part‑time where applicable.
