ESOL Youth Worker for 16–18s | Inclusion & Growth

Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for a passionate and dedicated Youth Worker – ESOL to join our Lexis Team at Roundhouse campus. You will support ESOL learners aged 16–18, including refugees, asylum seekers and care‑experienced young people, helping them to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you will promote student engagement, wellbeing and progression, delivering targeted interventions and pastoral support
