MorePeople is seeking an experienced Head Grower for our Scotland-based glasshouse nursery, focusing on bedding plants and poinsettias. The role offers hands-on responsibility and technical crop management from propagation through to finished plants.

You will work with an established growing team to ensure high-quality ornamentals, manage irrigation, feeding programmes and climate control, and apply pest and disease controls.
