Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi Trade Operative for Bristol and surrounding areas, to perform maintenance on void properties. You will work with your own van and tools, with pay of £22-23 per hour, in a role that could become permanent after approximately 13 weeks.
The position covers maintenance tasks, minor repairs, making properties ready for the next tenant, and some external work, with progress reported to a supervisor.
