Job Overview
Chef de partie – pizza & pasta chef. Battersea – South West London. Immediate start. Paid weekly for 3 months then moved to a monthly pay plus benefits after probation. Monday to Friday only: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. £16 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Work in the kitchen that provides breakfast and lunch for approx 600 people a day.
- Full responsibility for making sauces and pizza from scratch daily in the pizza and pasta section.
- Lead and manage the specific section; work with a second chef de partie.
- Ordering, stock control, inputting dishes/ideas of pizza, pasta, etc. onto the menu and planning.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine.
- Full‑time employment.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Free to start within 1 week.
- Registration with Phoenix Resourcing Services required.
- There will be an interview and trial prior to offering the position.
Working Hours & Salary
Hourly: £16. Immediate start. Full‑time Monday to Friday – 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. Probation pays weekly, then monthly pay plus benefits.
