Full-Time KS2 Teaching Assistant – Positive Classroom Support

Aspire People is recruiting for a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 in Quinton from September 2026. The role is full-time and ongoing, with Monday-Friday duties from 8:30am to 3:30pm, helping children with a range of learning and behavioural needs and building positive relationships in the classroom.

The successful candidate will work 1:1 and in small groups, deliver targeted interventions, assist the class teacher and help keep learners engaged and on task,
