About the Role
We are looking for graduate or apprentice rural surveyors to join our small, forward‑thinking team. This trainee position is located in Exeter, Devon.
Responsibilities
- Participate in estate management, farm and land sales, valuations, planning, ecological and forestry advice, landlord & tenant relationships, rent reviews, ELMS, BPS and SFI claims.
- Assist with projects such as expert witness work, large‑scale woodland creation, BNG surveys & projects and research on cutting‑edge policy issues.
- Provide early client contact and support across all areas of traditional land agency services.
Qualifications
- Completed or currently studying an RICS accredited rural degree (part‑time or full‑time).
- Commitment to achieve RICS APC competencies and CAAV training.
- Strong desire to learn and develop across all facets of rural surveying.
