Driver Trainer (C+E) – Safety, Training & KPI Focus £40/wk

Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller is seeking a Driver Trainer to deliver engaging driver training and development at our Droitwich depot. You will support DCPC training, inductions, and promote safe, fuel-efficient driving while using KPIs and telematics to improve performance.

Requirements include LGV C+E licence, Driver CPC, and 3+ years as a driver, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge. Duties cover assessments, safety training, and collaboration with Transport and Compliance teams.
