Senior Care Assistant – Lead Care & Train the Team

Highgate Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for The Grange in Darlington. The role is permanent and full-time, based at The Grange, Darlington, with a starting salary of £13.81 per hour. Sponsorship is not currently available.

You will support residents with daily living, supervise staff, and help maintain dignity and comfort for each resident while contributing to care plans and daily records.
