Autism Support Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Impact

Academics is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism in a welcoming Berkhamsted school. The role is part-time (3 days) with daily pay of £93-£95, offering hands-on experience in an education and training setting tailored to individual needs.

You will provide 1:1 support, encourage communication and independence, and work with teachers, therapists and families to ensure consistent, compassionate support that helps the student thrive.
