Pay
Butchery Roles (varied by skill level and department)
- Current rates 2026: £13.61 – £15.62 per hour
- From April 2026: £14.02 – £16.09 per hour
Slaughter Roles (varied by skill level)
- Current rates: £14.81 – £17.57 per hour
- From April 2026: £15.25 – £18.09 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out expert butchery tasks to high hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Working in production teams to meet daily output goal
- Supporting consistency through your precision and attention to detail
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
