Supermarket Team Member

Position: Supermarket Team Member (Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal)Pay Rate: Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age. Join our One Great Team at Haven and help ensure guests have a memorable stay in our on‑park retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent guest experience, helping guests and team members find what they need.
• Maintain well‑stocked, organized, and clean shelves, following stock‑rotation guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash responsibly.
• Assist with inventory management, checking deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe environment.
• Support promotional activities, including seasonal displays and in‑store offers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Reliable and flexible, with availability for shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and bank holidays.
• A team player who is willing to pitch in and support other team members.
• Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.
