SEND Learning Support Assistant – Empower Students

Wood End Park Academy in Hayes, West London, seeks a Learning Support Assistant to join the SEND Unit. This permanent role is 30 hours per week, term time plus 3 inset days (38.6 weeks).

You will support pupils with a range of needs and help create an inclusive, safe learning environment. You’ll work with a friendly, dedicated team within The Park Federation Academy Trust, contributing to high‑quality teaching and supportive practice across the school.
