Flexible SEND Specialist TA – Make a Real Impact

Reed is seeking experienced Specialist Teaching Assistants to support secondary pupils with SEND in flexible supply roles across a range of settings. You’ll work with EHCPs and provide targeted help across ASD/ADHD, SEMH, SpLD, SLCN, SPD, and executive functioning needs.

Roles can be full-time, part-time, short-term, long-term or emergency cover, with training and ongoing support to help you thrive and make a meaningful impact in collaborative teams.
