IT Support Technician — Hybrid (Glasgow/Ayr)

Brooklyn Travel Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the IT Department. The role is based between the Head Office in Glasgow and Ayr office, with occasional travel to other business locations.

You will provide 1st line IT support, both remotely and on-site, and assist with AD, file services, backups, and infrastructure maintenance. We value strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to work well in a team or independently.
