Neighbourhood Coach: Tenancy Support & Community Builder

Bromford Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Coach to manage a patch of around 200 homes, helping customers sustain their tenancies and create safe neighbourhoods. This 8-month fixed-term post is field-based with a mix of homeworking, office time and visits to customers in their homes.

You will own your patch, balance tenancy management with customer support, and work with local partners to deliver positive outcomes while maintaining property standards and wellbeing.
