Behaviour Reset Teaching Assistant – Worthing Secondary School
Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Reset Teaching Assistant to join the inclusion team at a secondary school in Worthing.
This Worthing school has a small reset space for pupils who need time away from lessons before returning to class. You will support pupils who may be dysregulated, frustrated, anxious, avoidant or struggling with boundaries.
The school needs a Teaching Assistant who is calm, firm and consistent — someone who can de-escalate without drama and help pupils take responsibility without shaming them.
