Job Description
Lancaster University is seeking 2 Cafe Bar Managers to oversee the Deli and Fuel cafe at the heart of campus.
You must have prior experience operating a food and beverage outlet, managing a team and being a champion of food safety.
We are looking for someone to bring new ideas to campus, excel in innovation and bring their team on the journey. Experience of financial responsibility is a must with someone able to understand P&L accounts, analyse trends and make decisions which contribute to the overall profitability of their unit.
