Impactful Teaching Assistant – Maternity Cover

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a maternity cover at Medway Green School in Wouldham, Rochester. You will support pupils with SEMH and additional needs, helping them achieve learning goals in small and larger groups.

The role involves planning engaging activities, tracking progress, and working with a multidisciplinary team to provide a safe, nurturing education environment. A full UK driving licence is required.
