Fabric Technician – Mon–Fri, No On-Call, Derby

Randstad CPE in Derby is recruiting a Static Fabric Technician for a leading facilities management provider. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric, with a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday and no call-outs.

You will own site fabric tasks and contribute to safe, reliable operations. The ideal candidate has a Joinery qualification or time-served experience, can read drawings, and may have basic plumbing or electrical skills.
