Are you a confident, organised and professional administrator? Do you bring an approachable, supportive communication style and a determination to help every student achieve their full potential?
If you have answered yes, then we would love to hear from you.
At Hodgson Academy, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our student support team. You will play a vital role in ensuring statutory processes run smoothly, records are accurate, and communication with families and external agencies is timely and professional. This is a varied, rewarding role where safeguarding, SEND and medical administration come together to support our students’ wellbeing and success.
By joining us, you become part of a supportive, committed community where teamwork matters, every voice is valued, and your contribution makes a real difference every single day.
A day in your new role could see you:
- Coordinating EHCP annual reviews – tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, and managing invitations and reports.
- Maintaining accurate SEND records and organising statutory documentation.
- Supporting medical needs – monitoring medication expiry dates, logging medical room visits and communicating with parents.
- Preparing safeguarding paperwork for referrals to Early Help, CSC, CAMHS and other agencies.
- Uploading accurate notes to CPOMS and diarising PEP meetings.
- Supporting pastoral and SEND teams with behaviour, wellbeing and attendance information.
- Providing reception support at busy times, including first aid when required.
- Maintaining compliant filing systems across digital and paper records.
If you’re ready to support safeguarding, SEND and medical processes – and help ensure every student receives the care and attention they need – apply today and make a meaningful difference.
Closing date: 20th July 2026 8am
Interviews: To be conducted the week of 20th July 2026
