Refrigeration Apprentice: Mentor-Led Path to Engineer

Arcus Facilities Management is seeking a Level 3 Apprentice in Kent to join the Refrigeration team. You will work closely with a mentor and an experienced team in the reactive and planned maintenance of specialist refrigeration systems, with progression to a full engineer.

The apprenticeship lasts between 36 and 48 months. You will study Level 3, with practical training on site and regular block releases to regional colleges, plus required logs and safety training to develop core engineering
