Fitness & Wellbeing Manager: Lead Programs & Sales

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager in Romford for a permanent, full-time role. The position involves leading the fitness team, organising class timetables and overseeing programming from studio classes to personal training.

The role requires REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and a track record of driving PT revenue. You will manage performance, train colleagues and work to improve site standards while pursuing ambitious sales and KPI goals.
