Retail Security Specialist: Protect People & Stock

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to be based at Tesco Extra, Kilmarnock. The role focuses on protecting customers, staff and stock, acting as a deterrent, and delivering excellent service in a busy retail environment.

You will deter theft, patrol the store, monitor CCTV, and respond to alarms and incidents while maintaining a professional and approachable presence and following all procedures and regulations.
