Retail Security Officer – 4on/4off, Customer Care & CCTV

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to safeguard Morrisons Cleethorpes store. You will deter theft, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents during a 4 on 4 off, 12:00–22:00 shift pattern. A strong customer-service mindset and professional presence are essential.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA Licence (DS or Security Guarding) and have security experience, with DBS/BS7858 clearance ability. The role requires flexibility for weekends and evenings in a busy retail environment.
