Empowering Personal Adviser for Care-Experienced Youth

The London Borough of Bexley is recruiting a committed Personal Adviser to support care-experienced young people aged 18–25 as they transition from care to independence. The role is based in the Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, with meetings in other settings as needed.

You will hold a caseload, provide 1:1 support and undertake the role of Personal Adviser as described in the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and 2017 Act. DBS clearance will be required.
