Paragon Skills is expanding its team of Personal Tutors who support Health and Social Care learners through the Elevate programme. This remote role requires travel in East Midlands and South Yorkshire for observations and meetings, with a 36.5 hour work week and flexible options.
You will deliver engaging teaching, manage a diverse caseload, provide feedback, and build employer relationships while adhering to GDPR. Salary is up to 33,000 with performance bonuses.
