1:1 Specialist Teaching Assistant for Neurodiverse Learners

Reed in Ellesmere Port is seeking an experienced Specialist Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child entering Year 3 in September 2026. This fixed-term placement runs Monday to Friday, afternoons, at a primary school.

The role requires resilience, a calm approach, and expertise in ASD, ADHD, and PDA. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo, supporting regulation, learning access, and transitions, with DBS and right to work in the UK essential.
